Our designs are primarily a low angle blade for those who prefer a laid back easy cruising stroke. All models* have dihedral spoon blades for a smooth, efficient stroke; all have plastic tips on edging. All paddles* come with a 'take-apart' shaft that allows the paddle to be used in unfeathered or feathered 60 degrees right or left. We also offer an optional upgrade for a variable pitch ferrule on the Sea King shaft that may be feathered at any position, right or left, up to 90 degrees. All shafts are oval in design for easy blade orientation and are designed for the average hand. A smaller grip is available on composite shafts only. All paddles* come with drip rings.

With five adult and one child's paddle in both wood and composites there are models available for all kayakers at every level of experience. All paddles have been designed to keep the weight to a minimum. For instance, our new hybrid Zephyr paddle weighs in at 24 ounces and offers a tough, buoyant blade that feels more alive and responsive than its full composite competition. Hour after hour, mile after mile these moderately priced paddles are a joy to swing.
